U lipnju 1949. iselio se u Izrael i zaposlio u gl. skladi\u0161tu za raspodjelu lijekova Bolesni\u010dke blagajne. Uskoro je postavljen za \u0161efa odjeljenja za proizvodnju lijekova, gdje je uveo razli\u010dite inovacije.
